How do payments work?

For the “Velk Start” package there is no deposit: you see the design first, and if you like it we finish the site. You pay the full amount at the end of the project, before the site goes live on your domain. If you don’t like the design after one round of changes, you owe nothing. Velk Flow and Velk Store start with a 50% deposit and the other 50% before launch. Larger projects are split into fixed-price milestones, and every payment comes with a proper invoice.

What happens after launch?

For 30 days after launch we fix, free of charge, anything that doesn’t work as agreed. After that you can pick a yearly Hosting & Care plan (from €90 a year) for hosting, backups, updates and support, with no commitment beyond the year. You can also host the site on your own server.

Can I edit the content myself?

If you need to, yes. We can include an easy admin panel so you can update text, images, products and posts without touching code.

How long does a website take?

A Velk Start site is ready in 4 to 7 days. Velk Flow and Velk Store usually take 4 to 6 weeks, depending on size. Custom software is built in milestones, so you see working results every couple of weeks. The clock starts once we have your texts and photos.
